Danielle Ichelson-Moore

Chief Executive Officer

Meet our CEO, Danielle, a professional figure skater and former Las Vegas Ice Show Girl turned dental practice guru. Danielle has over 10 years of experience in dental practice management in both pediatric and general dentistry. She excelled in her career young and was a Regional Director of a pediatric chain by the time she was 26 years old. She established DAAE in early 2013 after assisting a failing practice in Gilbert, AZ achieve record numbers in 90 days. Danielle is highly gifted in her abilities and definitely provides record numbers with raving reviews.

When Danielle is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking vacations.

Ashleigh Scarfone

Medical Billing Director/District Manager

Ashleigh joined DAAE in 2018 and brings many years of experience in all areas of the Dental Practice with an emphasis on both practice management and Medical/Dental Billing.
Ashleigh started her journey in a large Oral Surgery Practice in Dallas, TX at the age of 19 years old and worked her way through all positions from RDA to Office Manager, and now the Medical Billing head for DAAE. Her extensive knowledge in dental implants, wisdom teeth, pathology, and both dental / medical billing, ensures that our clients are always maximizing their collections and brings a seamless billing process into the office that allows for better patient/office relationships. In Ashleigh’s downtime, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter Liv and her husband David.

Dr. Eddie Saltz

In Memory of Dr. Saltz

Dr. Saltz passed away 8/25/2019. He leaves behind his wife Donna, daughter Danielle (CEO of DAAE), son Chris, and two grandchildren, Donovan and Salvatore. Dr. Saltz joined DAAE in early 2014 as a practice consultant with a emphasis on practice billing procedures after closing his practices in Albuquerque, NM and Santa Fe, NM. He is a graduate of Duke University and received his DDS from Baylor University. He opened up his own successful million dollar practice in Albuquerque, NM and eventually moving into Santa Fe, NM. He was actively practicing until joining DAAE.

Dr. Saltz was so proud of his daughter, Danielle and her dream for DAAE and wanted nothing more than to help Danielle achieve her long term goals. He lived for his grandsons and his entire heart was in their hands.

Dr. Saltz (Eddie) will live on in DAAE and in the hearts of his family. May he always be remembered.
