Our Patient Accounts Receivable Management add-on Service Fees
There is a fixed base price for this service with a variable cost increase for collection letters or statements which require postage and handling. The fixed price is based on your total office collections for the month. The more you are collecting, the larger the office and the greater the work load. All services above are included with each of three tiered price levels. The following schedule applies: (office must be signed up for electronic statements)
Small
sized dental office $500.00/per month /per location
- If the total office collections are under $40k/month. The fee for this service described above is $500/month
Medium
sized dental office $750.00/per month /per location
- If the total office collections are between 40k and 100k/month. (prices lower if practice has very little A/R)
Large
sized dental office $1000.00/per month /per location
- If the total office collections are between $100,000 and $150,000/month
Enterprise
sized dental office $1250.00/per month /per location
- If the total office collections are greater than $150,000/month. The fee for this service starts at $1,250/mo.
Additional charges may apply of $750.00 monthly on insurance a/r or patients a/r for any offices with high clean-up needs.
